T

Great news we are on 'T'! I am so excited!! Okay so today:
Take your happy everywheree.
People may mock you and ask you things like 'Are you a cutter?' (Its happened to me before) but who really cares. If your happy even on one of your worst days it will be nearly impossible to bring you down. So stay focused on the positive, and don't do things that you know won't end well. I mean really why should you put yourself in that situation?
I love you all thanks for reading!

Gay Concentration Camp?!?!?!?!?! >:(

Did you see this video? It's a North Carolina pastor actually advocating rounding up gay and lesbian Americans into concentration camps where they can "die out" because they "can't reproduce." Watching it made my blood boil. It was finally looking like our country was making strides toward LGBT equality with President Obama coming out in favor of marriage equality and an appeals court striking down part of the Defense of Marriage Act, which discriminates against same-sex couples. Then, I see this.

I signed this petition on Care2 calling out the pastor and letting him -- and the world -- know that I will not stand for hate speech against LGBT Americans. I know you believe in equality too. Watch the video and I'm sure you'll want to sign too. Here's the link:
 View the video

Seriously? I am not LGBT or anything like that but hereing this made me really angry, and disappointed. Who in their right mind would say something like this. This is intolerable. You can not just go around saying things like that. I love my LGBTs so back off jerks!

Stand Still

You are probably going to be feeling rushed and hurried and why? Because someone didn't do something right, or you didn't do something right, or maybe even you were asked to take on a big mission and just could not say 'no.' (I know about that last one for sure) My point is don't slack on your work ethic but instead take a long moment to pause and just breath. This should help you to finish the day.

Battling Bullies

This morning I had my first fight with some of the meanest most heart-breakingly cruel people- bullies. They are wrong and know it but want to make you feel bad. Don't let them. They are the kind of people who will grow up and have hundreds of cats, but no life. So for all you out there battling them with me:
Stay You, no soon-to-have-a-hundred-cats person can ever take away you.

Video

Recently, I made a video with some very big paper. It's a terrible video but see if you can decipher why I made it. And actually the video's crappiness also speaks volumes about the message, now that I think of it...
Love it, because there is no reason to hate it.

Release all the held fustrations

You life will change, regardless of whether you want it to, whether it fits into your tightly woven schedule, and even if you think it will make your life miserable. If something can change it will. Do NOT be afraid to embrace the chance for a difference in your routine. The second you get scared you will have a much harder time working your way though with the least amount of problems. Stay rational and you can figure out anything.

Stop telling yourself that everything is against you and you'll see that everything is not against you, in fact it just might be rooting for you.

loan out your happy and get some back

When you smile at someone that person's mood gets better and they are more likely to smile at another. This is a proven fact. This means that smiling instantly makes five people's lives better. Can you handle that?

G

Okay guys, I've decided that it's too much of a hassle to post in the morning so I'm just going to post at night.

Greet the day
Okay, have you ever had a conversation with the person your sitting next to on a bus or plane. My geuss is... NO. Let's be honest I haven't either. Would it be strange, a little. Would you get stalked, doubt it(not everybody is crazy). Would you meet someone new and maybe meet a new friend, for sure. I hope I will get the chance to do that one day. This might especially the person who's new year's resolution was to be a little more spontaneous. I definitely don't mean for you to give them your address and phone number of course not. But a little conversation goes a long way....

F

Sorry I missed yesterday, school's got me all confused. I'm just going to give F because it's really long.

Find yourself helping others
Okay, I'm pretty sure you've heard this said before and even surer that this has been the theme of bunches of Disney movies. Today at this day and age there are millions of ways for you to help starting with who/whatever strikes you as the most in need. I myself feel the need to help people fairly strongly at all times. One of the most striking times is when I'm out driving and I see those poor people sitting lonely and put out on the side of the road. What gets me the most, though, is not their tattered clothing or their signs but the people next to them. I hits me hard to see the people driving their cars trying their best not to look at that poor little man hunched sadly next to their cars.
But then there comes the question, 'What if they're faking and they don't need help?' The way I see it if their faking there is no need for me to say no to all of them because how would I know? To even assume something like 'Oh, maybe their going to use that for drugs.' or even 'They probably have been getting money all day my money won't help.' but mostly 'They should just go to shelters if they really needed help.'
That little old man might not be eligible for a shelter or he might have actually fallen on hard times. So the real question is - Are you going to help or sit there and try your best not to look?

Expect the best
From any and everyone. When you begin with a positive attitude it ends with a positive attitude. Strike up a conversation with that awkward guy next door you never know he might be he only one who helps you when your down.

D

Dare to become you.
What I'm about to say next, I myself have done once or twice in my life. I have done things because that's what some other person said was cool. Then of course I realized I didn't care one way or the other if that's what they thought was cool, it's completely boring to me. Then I became me. Still to this day I have trouble trusting if that's really what I want to do or if it's something I heard someone else say they wanted.
Ps. Happy New Year and sorry it took me so long to post. :)
